Hey guys, is it okay if i take a break from my pill mid pack? i’ve had so much breakthrough bleeding for maybe weeks now and it’s unbearable. will taking this break make it worse? I’m also go on holiday on the 19th and really don’t want to be on my period so should i keep taking it and skip my break?

Yes, as long as you have taken 7 active pills correctly you can take ur break. For the bleeding I don’t know you could stop bleeding or it can get worse.

It’s not guaranteed that it if you keep taking it it will stop as I just went on holiday and had quite a bit of breakthrough bleeding as I continued taking the pill but as well if you take a break it could stop the breakthrough bleeding but the annoying thing about the pill is you can never really determine if or when you will get breakthrough bleeding
