Hello!! I’m unsure on how I would log it as I’ve never needed to do it before. I wish to take a week break for the first time since December but I’m not sure on how I mark it down as a week break on the app???

I don’t have a break week normally, and I’m also a week and a day in to my pack already! I decided to have a break now instead of at the end due to it being my 18th and I don’t want my period then 😭😭

change the number of active days and break days in your settings that should work

Change the settings in the menu when you tap the cogwheel! There is no way to just “start” a break week you need to fiddle with it a bit so it lines up.
