i’ve been taking this as 21 pills then break for a week, the whole time i’ve been on it. if i changed to taking it 3 months then break, is it still a one week break? how does it work?

Yes you can take a break anytime you want as long as you are taking your pills correctly and the break doesn’t have to be a week.

If you do decide to do that make sure you’re letting whoever prescribes your birthcontrol so they can give you 4 packs instead of 3 so it’s actually 3 months and not just slightly over 2 months worth

A break week can’t be longer than a week, extending it will cause you to become unprotected. You can, however, make it shorter or completely skip it if you wish.
