Hi., I been on nuvaring for over 5 years and this month my ring came out. I started my period a week earlier. I was suppose to take my ring out on 05/18 and put a new ring in on 05/25. When should I put in on this weekend or 05/25?

When it came out, did you keep it out? Or did you rinse it as the pamphlet says and insert it in again?
