I took paracetamol 30 minutes after taking my bc pill & I’ve been having cramps ever since, they started as a knot like pain in my stomach then proceeded to become what feels like stomach cramps, should I be concerned? I take the combination pill

I should note that the paracetamol was for a headache I had at the time

I meant they proceeded to feel like period cramps***

Cramps are just a possible side effect, it’s just a coincidence. Or you might just be feeling unwell.
