Generally it’s only an issue if you throw up within 3 hours of taking a pill but if you have any doubts then I would recommend using extra protection until you’re confident your pill is fully effective again.

I would take another pill to replace the one you may have thrown up, since it was “around 3 hours”.

@PennyLane102 the ‼️ stands for using a pill 12+ hours after the supposed time, so it’s not missed. A missed pill would be a ❌. Since Rigevidon has a 24 hour window whereby you can also fully miss a pill and remain protected she should be fine.
