I take my pill at 9pm CT US every night but am traveling to France/Germany. The normal time I take my pill would be 4am there... what should I do? I feel like it would be exhausting to wake up at 4am to take the pill and go back to sleep. Generally I will probably be waking up around 7am time while there so that's several hours after I would normally take it.

On the combo pill you just need to take one a day, so you can continue to take your pill at 9pm if you’d like or you can take it in the morning

^on a combined pill the time change won't make you unprotected, take it at a time that's convenient for you so you don't forget. Trying to take it at 4am will certainly be more likely to lead to a missed pill.
