You need to see a doctor and get antibiotics. Something like an urgent care would be good

Contact gp for antibiotics, drink lots of water (even if it means peeing more) avoid caffeine / citric fruits, avoid using soaps / detergents when washing - natural yoghurt down below helps balance pH and may ease any burning or stinging

Also d-mannose tablets - 2 tablets a day. These are non prescription - can get online or in a drug store such as Holland and Barrett - I actually get mine on Amazon. I haven’t had a UTI in over 5 years since taking these tablets - worked wonders for me and not cause any side effects or issues for me personally

Need to go to doctor to get antibiotics to fully be rid of it but for symptom relief I HIGHLY recommend over the counter AZO. Almost immediate relief, and you’ll no longer have that stabbing, urgent need to go. Though it will turn your pee bright orange lol
