Brand: Microgynon 30 okay so i take my pill very consistently 7am everyday on the dot and I have skipped my 7 day break a few times for events or times where me and my boyfriend have the night together but it seems everytime I get this nasty brown blood and it is in very large amounts and it is so noticeable i have to wear a pad anyway so really no pint in missing my break. Please can someone tell me if this is concerning or a way to combat this?

Skipping break weeks unfortunately doesn’t guarantee that you won’t experience bleeding. Maybe try just taking a few extra pills and then taking a break week?

@bluerose9 how do I go about that like do a full pack and then take how many more?

@serga1234 yes you can just take as many more pills as you want and take a break. Like you could just take one or 2 extra or like 10 extra

@serga1234 again not guaranteed to prevent bleeding but it means you can move around your break week
