Hi everyone, was just wanting some help on what thick and sticky discharge means. I take my pill (rigevidon) pretty much constantly everyday and I have sex without condoms. Any help is appreciated x

Discharge doesn’t really mean anything while on the pill, as one of the ways the pill works is by thickening cervical mucus. Increased discharge is a side effect of the pill.

If it’s a cottage cheese like texture it may point to an infection

^ an unusual smell or colour or texture may indicate infection!
