Hi, so guys i think this pill is making be hungrier cause ive eaten sm more today that usual and today is day 4 of this pill. I also keep getting random cramps which are so random. does anyone have tips on how to pass the hunger and not gain weight on this pill?

Increased appetite and cramps are both side effects of the pill unfortunately.
For me, the appetite took a while to subside but what helped was eating for satiating foods and increasing my protein intake.
