You can get a swimsuit with a skirt! Or maybe just wear shorts over a regular swimsuit? Or shorts and a bikini top?

Honestly I think anything that's not a thong/g-string would be fine, like just a regular coverage bottom with a bandeau top or something like that, but it all depends on your comfort/modesty level.
