Hi, I’ve been taking my birth control pill as normal , I’m due to take my break week on Friday 11 oct- Friday 18 October however I go on holidays on Monday I would like to stay on my pill to avoid having a period . Do I start into a new pack and just take the pill as normal for my break. Personally I would just completely skip the break, it’s just a hassle anyway. Just know that it does not guarantee you won’t bleed so it’s a good idea to bring some supplies in case you do start bleeding.
