I was super sick and had lots of diarrhea but took a week of active pills with no sickness before Sex. Just wondering if I’m okay

You are fine! You took a week of active pills, so you should be good!

You should be fine but if you took seven week of active pills before sex because that means you shouldn’t have ovulated. However, I would use back up method until you’ve taken 7 more pills after being sick as I don’t think you’d be protected the week you were sick or the week after.
