So I’ve had a lot of breakthrough bleeding with this pill, something I never experienced with the last one, and it went on for months. Now that it’s been about 5 months, I don’t get it often unless I take my pill late. But I’ve also noticed that I just randomly bleed when I have sex. The sex isn’t painful and I’m turned on enough so I don’t understand why this keeps happening and what I can do to prevent it. It has totally hurt my confidence in bed and now I’m even afraid to do it in someone else’s bed just in case and whenever it’s in my bed, I change the sheets to a darker colour and urge them to leave immediately after sex. I don’t think you can prevent this. This is something I think you should speak to your doctor about. I know that it can take up to 6 months for your body to adjust to a pill. But yeah, I recommend you speak to your doctor about this and how it’s affecting you x
