Does anyone have any tips on getting motivated to go back to the gym. I use to go loads and then just stopped at around February because of school and physical/ mental health. I struggle with school so I stopped going as I was so burned out and I have been fighting with my health for a long time, nothing life threatening but it’s tiring (it’s being worked on by the doctors atm so it’s not like I’m doing nothing about it) anyways it’s school break and I’m just still not motivated however I have a passion! I have done loads to try get me back into it including talking to my therapist but nothing seems to help so I was wondering if anyone knew what to do, thanks x

Do an exercise that you actually enjoy and find fun, doesn't have to be the gym could be a sport, biking, joining a running club, or working out from home
