hey guys, do you have some tips how to swallow a pill?

take a sip of your drink first, put the pill in your mouth and then swallow. i’ve heard putting your head down instead of up is better but i’ve never tried it.

@waabananang put ur head down if the pill floats is better like those plastic pills. But w these pills its better w head down

@lottareds put it on the back of ur tongue and just drink water like you normally would and u wont even feel the pill

@Luv2546 i always put my pillow on tongue, take a sip, head up and then swallow it when it don't move but i'll try

I sometimes struggle with swallowing if I focus too much on the pill. Just focus on taking a sip of water. Just clear your mind and think that you're thirsty and want some water.

i have a lot of issues swallowing pills so the only thing that helps me is putting it on the back of my tongue, putting my head down and while i’m actively swallowing tilt head up slowly at the same time
