I went off my birth control two months ago after being on it for 3 years but my cycle is still not back to normal?
When should I expect to have a normal cycle? My period is still almost non existent

It can take up to a year for your hormones to adjust being off

While it usually sorts itself out sooner it can take 12 to 16 months to adjust being off birth control.
