Hi I just need advice on birth control I take microgynon at 11pm every night about 8pm today I had really bad Dioreah is this gonna effect the effectiveness?

How bad is “really bad” I think it’s 6+ trips of completely liquid stool in 24 hours is when it’s affected

^ 5/6+ episodes of completely liquid stool in 24 hours or multiple episodes of completely liquid stool every day for several days in a row will affect your protection. If it’s not that severe you should be okay

first look at your pamphlet to see if it says anything about diarrhea. if it doesn’t, then listen to the above advice. but always look at your pamphlet for the most relevant info for your specific pill’s use
