Guys my side profile is attrociouse I’ve tried breathing through my nose but I actually can’t what do I do

For me helped just losing weight in generel that way I also lost face fat but if that doesn’t help some of my friends recommended guasha (idk if it’s spelled right) and some also say it’s important how you sleep that if you sleep on your back you face is supposed to be symmetrical but I think that’s non sense. Oh and I also recommend like ice baths for your face or at least washing y ohh r face with cold water Hope this helps <3

@aurielle theees a lot of research about mouth breathing, tounge placement and jaw development, but I’m unsure about how much you are able to change these once you are fully developed, most of the research focuses on children’s development

you don’t need fixing, unfortunately as a teenager you deal with a lot of societal pressures in real life and online, if everyone looked like everyone else the world would be boring, you are perfect the way you are

@Marsr0se I don't even need a picture of you to guarantee you there is absolutely nothing wrong with your face. Who looks at your side profile anyway? When people see you, they look at you and face you head on. Social media and society loves inventing flaws for you that don't exist so they can sell you products to "fix it." Always remember who profits from you not loving yourself. I agree with @onthepillxo you are beautiful and don't need to be "fixed." Be sure to remove unrealistic accounts, content and beauty standards from the media you consume and focus on looking at real people around you.
