Hiya just wondering if anyone here suffers from ‘period poop’ everytime we have cold drinks during our time of the month? Im on the pill and I still suffer from it. I'm fine not drinking cold drinks in the winter but it's hell when it's summer!

What kind of cold drinks are you having? Period poops are very normal but I've never heard of it being directly triggered by cold drinks

@aurielle any cold drinks, had coca cola, non-alcoholic cocktails (I can’t drink alcoholic ones), cold water etc and I’ll have tummy ache and I’ll need the toilet. I guess I’ll have to avoid them during those days 😞

I know someone with gastritis? That cold drinks affect them. They can’t really drink them. To me period poop is when it hurts to poop when you’re bleeding? Am I getting that right?

@stinaaa it’s diarrhea. It’s like my tummy is very sensitive when drinking cold drinks then I’ll have diarrhea
