I did a very stupid thing last week. So I went to a few concerts and was working also and didn’t have time to wash my hair so I left it on a pony and just curled the ends with my straighteners and I used lots of hairspray to keep the curls in. I’ve just washed my hair now and the smell of burning hair is knocking me sick, I’ve quite obviously burned my hair by using hairspray then curling my hair the day after etc multiple times last week. Is there anything I can use to get rid of the smell today? And is there anything I can use to get my hair back to normal? I’m such an idiot

You cant restore severely damaged hair, you will have to cut it.

Only k18 is proven to repair damage, although there’s obviously only so much it can do so you’ll need to at least trim your hair

If it’s that severely damaged then you have no choice but to cut it off. How did you not realise how bad the damage was before you washed it?

Booked myself in at the hairdressers for a heat damage treatment and cut. So hopefully that will work

@bluerose9 I was severely tired and the amount of hairspray didn’t help

Take it as a learning experience, treat your hair better if you want it to last 🙏🏻
