Hey!!! Please help - I lost my last pill (which is for tonight) before my break week, I had unprotected sex on Saturday. I took the pill 3 hours late last night. I’ve been consistent with my pills other than yesterday. Am I safe?? 😩😩 Thanks in advance!

Just consider this the start of you break week, if you’ve been taking them on time like it sounds you have been then you’ll just start your new pack a day early and be completely fine

Call your doctor or pharmacy and get an emergency pack. If you can’t end your break on time it’ll mean you need to readjust all over again once you get your pills again.

If you don't start your new pack on time you're unprotected and sex within the last 7 days COULD be at risk of pregnancy since sperm could survive that long. So if your unprotected sex is within 7 days of when you are supposed to start your new pack then I would consider that unprotected
