when taking the pill does it increase your boobs size and making them really tender ??

Tenderness is usually a response to the hormone estrogen. You may experience some boob swelling with that but that's usually temporary. It can happen even while not on the pill, I had it for a week before my period and it was extremely uncomfortable.

My boobs didn’t really get any bigger I don’t think, but I always have tenderness right before my cycle.
