hi i’m kinda freaking out. i take D-mannose supplements and google told me it cancels out birth control is that true? i take it as a daily supplement and had sex unprotected a couple times this week

unprotected as no condom i am on the birth control pill

Generally there hasn’t been done enough research when it comes to (herbal) supplements so it’s at your own risk. I’ve never heard of D-mannose making birth control ineffective though.
