Hello everyone! I’ve been on nuvaring for about a year and I’ve been skipping my periods but recently I’ve been feeling cramps and bleeding. Yes it’s normal. You may have side effects for a little out of the year. Same happens to me. I just keep using my ring for the full 4 weeks and it eventually went away. Happens like once a year personally.
