guys, this week i had my break week from the pill (i take it for 3 months at a time then have a withdrawal break week) and i started the pill again 4 days ago, but the bleeding still hasn’t stopped and its still fairly heavy and i have really bad cramps still, is this normal or should i be worried ??

Irregular bleeding and cramps are normal side effects of the pill

It’s possible to bleed even when you’ve started taking active pills again. Nothing to worry about but feel free to take some pain relief or use a hot water bottle if needed

^ No need to worry, my bleeding always happens during my active pills instead of my placebo pills (Slynd). Your body will bleed when it needs to for as long as it needs to.
