Hi everyone x So I recently started the mini pill again after being on a year break and I never got my periods on this pill but after about 3 weeks of being on it my period came? It was like proper blood in my underwear and tissue is this normal? I also had sex last week too.

Irregular bleeding is a very common side effect of the mini pill. It can be anything from light spotting to very heavy bleeding.

also any side effects you had the first time could be completely different this time, your body needs to adjust again x
