hi! i’m going to honolulu tomorrow and there is a 3 hour time difference (3 hours earlier compared to where i live.) i usually take my pill at 9pm. so do i take my pill at 6pm in honolulu?

Unless you’re on a 3 hour mini pill you can just keep taking your pill at 9pm/a time that suits you
