tw weight , eating , struggling eating hi not a post i usually make but i’ve been feeling really down atm surrounding my weight and have a big occasion coming up which is making me think about it even more. i have days where im struggling eating and have like half a meal a day and days where im completely fine with it which is so weird. i do wanna lose weight as im overweight/obese medically but i am also stressed with university and work atm. had someone comment on my weight recently making fat and ugly jokes who unfortunately i have to hang out with as my only uni friend hangs out with them, but this has just made it even worse

the stressed with uni and work thing applies as i don’t have the time to spend a lot of time on meals and have had to cancel my gym membership due to lack of time too

For them to make those comments about you is absolutely unacceptable! I am extremely sorry to hear that. And even though they hang out with your friend, you can ask to hang out without them, they don’t have to be there every single time you want to hang out! And I would hope your friend has stood up for you and told them not to speak that way about you.. :( surrounding yourself with people like that will only make things worse and damage your mental health. You will find much more peace without being near them. Regarding cancelling the gym membership, there are at home workouts you can do that are available on YouTube, that require little to no equipment. (If that would be something you’re interested in). <3

she’s been quite too faced in the past so i don’t think i could ask her to do that as she’s closer with him and id end up alone again at uni. also my project for the year is with both of them. and thankyou thats a good idea ! 💜
