I’m swapping from a combined pill to a progesterone only pill, but I started my week off now before I got told to change.. do I take the new pill right away when I get it tomorrow (would be a day before my period would otherwise be) or do I wait and take it when I would of started the next pack in a couple days???

It only takes 2 days for the POP to protect you so if you’re still on your break week then it’s fine to just swap now.

You could always just start and use condoms until you’re protected, no need to wait an entire month.
