If you just treat the two missed pills as starting your break week two days early, and also end your break week 2 days early, your protection won’t be affected.

Or as you took two the day you came back, only 1 pill was missed (assuming you took them within 24 hours of the time you were due to take the second “missed” pill). And you can safely miss 1 pill anywhere in the pack and remain protected. Or you could treat those two days as a short break week and start your new pack today.

@bluerose9 so sorry i’m just freaking out i took two pills already so am i supposed to not take the last active pill and the placebo pill tomorrow? should i just start a new pack or just discard the last placebo pill and start a new pack a day early? im so sorry this has just never happened to me before and im in a bit of a panic
