having a bit of a silly moment, i’ve just gone to take my birth control, it’s in front of me but i can’t actually remember if i’ve just taken it or not, am i okay to take another one and risk taking two at the same time? i haven’t put anything down on the app to say ive taken it yet so im not sure if i did or not

Can you not tell from the number of pills taken out of the pack?

no not really as my pills are all the same so sometimes i’ll keep a pack on me then one at home just incase i ever forget, so my packs aren’t really aligned i just use this app to tell when my break week is

If you’re unsure it’s best to double up. Just be more aware when you take it and make a note of it.

I would suggest using the day of the week stickers that come with the packs and take pills according to which day it is. This is what helps me if I can't remember if I've taken a pill or not.
