I would not recommend relying on natural cycles unless you are 100% okay with unintentionally getting pregnant. It will take a few months of tracking your cycle for natural cycles to be accurate. You will need to take your basal temperature every morning as you as you wake up. If you wake up and fall back asleep then you’ve missed it, if you’re sick or travelling or work shift hours and sleep irregular hours it will not be accurate. As you’re stopping the pill it will also take a few months for your body to adjust off the pill and regulate your cycle, and natural cycles will not be very accurate during that time.
