You should definitely be taking iron supplements if you aren't already, I wonder also if it's winter where you live? Because I get seasonal depression and definitely feel worse during cold/dark days. What helps me is going outside to walk or sit in the sun every day even for just a few minutes. You can also get those sunlight lamps, and make sure to take vitamin D. If none of that helps or seems related, it's a good idea to speak to a mental health professional
