What pill are you on? Ovulation still occurs in 50% of users on the norethindrone mini pill, but it’s still very effective as a contraception - it’s equally effective for users who still ovulate as those who don’t. Ovulation is fully suppressed for users on the desogestrel mini pill.
I would highly recommend using condoms until you are 100% comfortable and confident in using the pill as your only form of contraception.
Stop using a period tracking app. As you’re now on birth control you no longer have real natural periods.
And besides those apps are not very accurate even when you are not on birth control, to accurately predict ovulation you need to be taking ovulation tests and/or monitoring your basal temperature consistently.
