I’ve been taking the combined pill for 3 weeks and am on my first break of a week, i’m on day 5 of my break and haven’t bled? having cramps though, sexually active also, should i be concerned?

If you make sure to use your pills correctly it doesn’t matter whether you bleed or not.

yes, sometimes it takes a few days or skips entirely. especially since this is your first month on the pill, it’s extra normal for bleeding to be irregular
