Hi everyone, so I normally take 3 strips of pills back to back but I finished one strip today and I just checked and I don’t have any left but I didn’t realise. I normally take a 4 day break because my doctor told me it’s safer as after 7 days my ovaries and stuff start to wake up she said but I might not be able to get my prescription for a while. If i have to take a longer break like 7 days is that fine or do i have to take it for 7 days to be fully protected again 💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊 Brand: Rigevidon

7 days is the maximum break you can have, so a 7 day break is fine, just no longer
