I have been on my birth control for about 1.5 years now, and I have never missed a withdrawal bleed. In fact I would often have breakthrough bleeding for a couple weeks including my withdrawal bleed time. This is because I’m on such a low dose. I am now, for the first time, not getting my withdrawal bleed. Weirdly enough, I feel bloated and crampy as if I’m having my withdrawal bleed though. I have never been late or missed a pill. Is this relatively normal or should I be concerned? I have a lot of pregnancy anxiety so anytime something remotely new happens I instantly panic

Completely normal side effects of the pill. It’s common to miss bleeds or stop bleeding entirely, as the pill lightens bleeding over time.
