you’re fine to take a break as long as you’ve taken 7+ pills but breaks are outdated. why do you want to take a break so early in the pack?

ive been bleeding for more than 3 weeks now and i think cause i just take my break 2 days or mayb 4 and continuously eating my active pills - so i was thinking to take a break a bit cause even when the bleeds i still take active pills

a 4 day break is a much better option
