Not sure what you mean by favourite? 😅 All feminist movements are crucial to where we stand now. However, the current wave is as important as ever, due to intersectionality, which includes minority groups that have often been (purposefully) excluded in prior waves which were primarily spearheaded by cishet, white, middle-class, and able-bodied women. This includes Black women/people, W/POC, Indigenous women/people, people in the LGBTQIA+, disabled people, people of lower classes, etc. It also addresses sex work, politics around sexual liberty and reproductive rights, it brings to light how the patriarchy also moulds and affects men (e.g. toxic masculinity), and it brings together so many factors which demonstrate how flawed societies are (police brutality, ecofascism, capitalism, etc.)

TW weight, body image, murder Today’s movements are also extremely important for recognising gendered violence (eg femicide) and body/weight politics which stigmatise people who are not “perfect” in terms of bodily characteristics and mass (think of the body-positive movement)
