I had sex on Saturday the 11th and my break week starts on Saturday the 18th will I still be protected since sperm can live up to 7 days. Well you had sex on the 11 and the 18 is one full week away until you start your break so that is one full week of active pills still. So yes, you’re fine

Just use condoms if you have sex between your break week and when you get your new pack and have taken 7 pills

You’ll only become unprotected after your 7 day break week too when you don’t start a new pack so only sex on (or after) your break week you really need condoms for you’d not sex in your last week of active pills

@Awg1 what if my pill type only has a 2 day break does the same 7 days still apply?

In that case don’t have condomless sex within 5 days before finishing your pills
