Tried to have a look in the search bar but nothing really helpful, and I don’t like to google as what comes up just scares me 🤣 but I’ve been constipated for a couple of days and getting stomach ache and weird feelings in my stomach, also been very gassy, sorry if tmi :) but was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to make myself feel better as now I have started taking laxatives I am getting nauseous and I feel like I can’t win, thank you:)

i got anti sickness from the doctors as well as laxatives due to constipation too:) my doctor told me to eat a lot of fibre to help soften the stools

I suggest taking daily fiber supplements, I have one that is a powder you can mix with food or drinks! But make sure you drink a TON of water with anything you take for constipation!

Do you drink enough water? Have you tried taking stool softeners? Have you tried fiber supplements or incorporating more fiber into your diet?

Also taking magnesium regularly can also help. :) And what I noticed also helps me is eating more fruits and or making also porridge with fruits or yoghurts with fruits. Works wonders. :)

i would try an enema if it’s getting hard to push out. if you just feel blocked up and run down than start drinking more water and take fibre supplements! (fibre will make constipation worse without a lot of water) When i get constipated i just chug a glass of prune juice and it cleans me out! and fast too.

Try eat more fruits or porridge that helps me if I ever get constipated
