What supplements do yall take and for what? Am going on my health and wellness journey this year and am wondering if you have any reccs for supplements. I am currently taking omega supplements, b12, magnesium and vitamin d. I find vitamin d to be a game changer since i rarely see sun where i live. Looking for others suggestions thank u

I don't take anything unless I have a diagnosed deficiency, it's generally not needed otherwise. I'm deficient in vitamin D so I take that during the winter, that's it.

I take 1000mg of vitamin C in the form of a dissolvable tablet daily, I need the help with my immune system

I take a multivitamin with iron and cranberry tablets every day, mostly because I’m a uni student and my diets probably lacking x

I take probiotics most days a week, look for ones that have a minimum of 10 million live bacteria (i get ones with at least 20 million) and specific bacteria strains in the ingredients (for example don’t get ones that just list Lactobacillus acidophilus, get ones that list something like Lactobacillus acidophilus LA85 - the bacteria strain with an identifying number/letter - this is a particular strain of bacteria)
