Stopped taking combined pill 1 month ago after 10years on it. Had my usual withdrawal bleed after the last pack but haven’t yet had a natural period. I should be due in the next few days does anyone have experience of how long their natural cycle took to return?

It can take up to a year for your cycle to become regular again.

^ you may experience irregular periods for several months. I personally went back to my normal cycle immediately but I did have a few shorter and longer cycles, however my natural cycles have never been perfectly regular anyway so 🤷🏻♀️
