❌💊💊💊💊⚠️💊💊💊💊💊💊⚠️💊💊💊💊⚠️💊💊💊⚠️💊💊💊💊💊⏱ Brand: Rigevidon so i’ve been taking rigevidon for the past few months, had no issues with it until this week - my birthday is tomorrow and this week was meant to be my break week so i skipped it which my doctor said i could do but i’ve been having spotting the last few days. i’m staying at my boyfriends tomorrow night and have a party this weekend so don’t really wanna be bleeding, does anyone know of any ways i can stop the bleeding at all? i’ve heard of people saying to take two pills a day but i’m not sure i trust that

Skipping your break week does not guarantee you won’t bleed, there is no way to prevent bleeding from happening. You should not take two pills a day. Use medication as instructed don’t fiddle around with it.

I have been on Rigevidon for just under a year now. Around 2 months ago I stopped taking break weeks fully and still have not taken one since. On 12/04/26 I also experienced spotting that lasted around 12 days. Please know that skipping your break week doesn’t guarantee that you won’t bleed, it merely means your body wont experience a ‘withdrawal bleed’ (from the pill). If you skip break weeks (this can happen faster for some people than others), your uterine lining thins out (which is what the pill is supposed to do), but you don’t allow it any opportunity to shed the thin layer that remains. Over time it thins out to the point it becomes FRAGILE, and sheds very easily (without a break week), which MAY be why you’re spotting. This was the case for me, at least. I have heard simply taking a break weeks (or a few days break) will help resolve this, although I have not tried re-starting break weeks myself as of now. I’m not sure how useful my comment is (if at all), but know you’re not alone and there is nothing to be overly concerned about, really
