Need Advice! I had 4 pills left in my pack before I took my 4 day break but I lost my pack so I started a new one.. what do I do stop a pack 4 pills in to get my period or continue and not get a period,how do I fix this ?

You can do either. It will not affect your protection, do whatever works for you best.

It just keeps me on track knowing how many I have left now I won’t have an accurate pack as I’m 4 pills out , how would you fix this ?

@Floxx_ can you get a spare pack? You could just skip the break week, continue taking the pill until your current pack is gone, take a break and start a new pack to continue on as normal.
