hi! i’ve decided to get an app and continue doing a deficit.
i’ve noticed i’m way less hungry than usual, been weighing my food in grams etc and according to my plan in the app i should eat more than i have been.
curious if it’s important to continue snacking through the day to maintain the weight loss? i’ve read aboht consuming too little calories being negative.
it’s all very confusing lol 😭

I personally found it much more sustainable when I allowed myself to have little sweet treats/snacks & didn’t do a big deficit (I’d bank some calories for the weekends too), it meant I lost weight quite slow, but I’ve been able to maintain for 3 years.

it’s more so that my meals are super filling and i’m not meeting my calorie goal, i’m not being restrictive i’m worried that im not eating enough

What’s your weight/height & calorie intake if you don’t mind me asking?

@awg1 i’m now 180 and 5’3
it’s recommending me 1600 calories but i’ve not really been hungry enough to meet that and end up more around 1300
