Tw: throwing up Hey, so last night I was battling the stomach bug and threw up almost exactly 2 hours after taking it. I don’t have my pamphlet with me as I am on vacation. I took another pill this morning as recommended on my previous post and online, once I could keep things down. However now I’m confused, do I take another pill at my regular scheduled time tonight? Thank you!

Update: I called my doctor and she said I did the right thing taking a pill this morning and that I can proceed as normal tonight. The only thing I’m still confused about it what I am going to do going forward now that I am down a pill, i understand to open a new pack but long term this has now screwed up every pack I take for the rest of time? 😂

You did the right thing by taking another pill. You need to replace the pill if you throw up within 3 hours of taking it. You’re going to be down a pill for the rest of this pack, this means you can either use a spare pack for a spare pill OR start your new pack a day earlier (same for the break if you have breaks).

For the future, you can usually find your pamphlet online by typing “[brand name] leaflet/pamplet” into google search. It’ll give you the instructions in digital form.
