I am on the Yasmin pill and I have food poisoning and took my pill last night but I can’t remember what time I took it as I forgot to track it on the app and I vomited at 1:30 am and I know I took my pill anytime between 9:30pm and 10:00pm . What shall I do will I not be protected

Assume it’s a missed pill, follow your pill’s pamphlet’s instructions on missed pills.
